My present knowledge of operating systems in general and Windows Vista in particular?

My knowledge of operating systems is knowing that it’s the underlining manager that helps the other programs, memory, system requests and input and output devices for example perform and be controlled properly. Windows Vista comes in different versions as well as bringing many features together from earlier versions such as Windows XP. Although, I’ve just recently installed Windows Vista and am still getting used to the different format and new options. I deal with problems related to programs, printers, Java, and profiles although my knowledge is really only based on everything I do on an everyday basis. I understand processes and how to find solutions in order to fix the problems that arise although I need to step back and learn the system that I’m actually using. In doing this I believe I may also find that I know more than I think I do.

Vista brings together many features from previous systems but also leaves some out that were either confusing or no longer useful from previous versions.

Nice, well-done site. I should experiment with Blogger settings to see what I can do with mine.
